MOXI Treatment
Are you looking for a way to rejuvenate your skin and make it look brighter and younger? Have you tried other invasive laser treatments in the past but want a solution with less downtime and discomfort and visible results that last? If so, MOXI may be the right treatment for you! With this new laser technology, you can eliminate hyperpigmentation, fine lines, uneven skin tone, melasma, and enlarged pores. MOXI also helps with elasticity and firmness of the skin, along with skin texture.
MOXI is a non-ablative laser treatment designed for patients who are looking to take preventative anti-aging measures as well as those who are looking to maintain their skin through revitalization. MOXI uses fractional laser technology to boost collagen production and target unwanted pigmentation in the skin. The laser makes tiny holes, called microchannels, in the skin which trigger the body’s natural healing process and helps new, healthy tissue growth. This process is an anti-wrinkle treatment that can help reduce the look of fine lines.

FAQs
-
During a MOXI treatment, the laser is moved over the skin’s surface in a series of short pulses. The melanin pigment in the skin takes the energy from the laser, which breaks it down so the body can get rid of it naturally. Following MOXI laser treatment, the body’s wound-healing functions are jump-started, including skin cell turnover and increased production of collagen and elastin. As the body produces more collagen, the skin gets smoother, and fine lines, wrinkles, and other signs of aging become less noticeable.
-
MOXI results in better texture and tone of the skin, less hyperpigmentation, and an overall more youthful look.
-
MOXI is different from other laser treatments because it is a fractionated laser, meaning it does not damage the epidermis (the top layer of the skin). This also means the patient heals faster and has less downtime after the procedure. MOXI is ideal no matter what time of the year it is and it is safe for ALL skin types.

Basically, none! Heat will subside 1-2 hours post procedure.
Day 1 post MOXI: You will be red and swollen
Day 2 post MOXI: Mends (Microscopic epithelial necrotic debris) start to surface which is old damaged skin cells coming to surface so the body can naturally produce new, healthy, vibrant skin cells.
Days 3-7 post MOXI: Mends start to naturally slough off, revealing renewed skin beneath.
